Exercise my right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason.

• Enter the email address used for the order. An acknowledgment will be sent to you immediately by email it evidences the date you exercised your right.
• The order reference (shown on your payment receipt) identifies the exact order concerned.
• Digital files are delivered immediately at your express request: their withdrawal is covered by the consent given at purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to printed items.
• The refund is made no later than within 14 days of your request, under the terms described in our withdrawal policy.
